Very poor customer service from this company. They sent me fat quarter bundles when I had ordered a half yard bundle. They also sent a fat quarter instead of a quarter yard cut of fabric. They didn't bother to check with me before sending and did not seem to care that they had sent the incorrect yardage. When I emailed about the errors they replied with: "What do you suggest we do about it?" I replied with a very reasonable suggestion but have not heard from them again. Over the course of a week I have sent 2 more emails and left a phone message but there has been no response. I would caution people to be very careful when ordering online from TCF because they don't seem the least bit motivated to be fair and responsible when they make mistakes. (FYI this was an order totally over $150.00)
