Fabric Care

For most projects, pre-washing your fabric before use is a personal choice. If you decide to pre-wash, wash the fabric in the water temperature in which you will be washing your finished project (usually warm or cold water). If you are making apparel or wearable accessories, we do highly recommend pre-washing your fabric to ensure a proper fit after your project is sewn. It is always good practice to use a color catcher when pre washing your fabric, wash lights and darks separately.

Refer to our Fabric Care page for recommended washing and drying directions
