Yes, fabric will be sent as a continuous length, if we are unable to ship your order as continuous cut we will contact you before shipping your order.
Please note that average bolt size is 10 yards, so if you order a quantity larger than this it is unlikely we will be able to cut a continuous length. In this case, please note on your order what size cuts you would prefer and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes! If your order hasn't shipped you can add to it. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing what you would like to add and the quantity, and we will edit your order and email you a payment link. Please note that your order will be held until you have completed payment.
You can also choose to create a second order. If you create a new order please leave a note at checkout to combine with your previous order number, and please contact us as well to let us know. We will issue a refund for any extra shipping charges incurred- please do not choose 'local pick up' to avoid the shipping charge.

We do our best to include a description of the weight, drape and hand feel of all of our fabrics to help you make the best choice for your project. While we try to offer a rotating selection of fabrics, we do restock a lot of our basics (solid knits, minky, Pure Solids and blenders) as well as fast-selling favourites. If you would like to know if/when a particular fabric is being restocked, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also sign up for restock notification, where you will receive an email notification when the item is back in stock. Please be aware that due to supply chain issues, estimated restock times are subject to change.
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards at different dollar amounts. A gift card code along with redemption instructions will be emailed to you immediately upon ordering. If you would like a physical gift card or a custom dollar amount please contact us at email@example.com.
We are not currently able to offer samples of fabric, outside the samples listed on the website (here). We recommend purchasing a quarter yard if interested in a sample.
Our current turn around time is 3-5 business days. Please note that fulfillment times will be longer if you have ordered during a sale, due to the larger volume of orders. If you order during a sale, expect fulfillment times to extend to 5-8 business days.

We do our best to ensure the color of the fabric online matches as close as possible to the bolt in the shop. However, due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to what you see online. For most projects, pre-washing your fabric before use is a personal choice. If you decide to pre-wash, wash the fabric in the water temperature in which you will be washing your finished project (usually warm or cold water). If you are making apparel or wearable accessories, we do highly recommend pre-washing your fabric to ensure a proper fit after your project is sewn. It is always good practice to use a color catcher when pre washing your fabric, wash lights and darks separately.

If you have made a purchase at TCF since our rewards program started, you are already collecting points! Your points are associated with the email address you use to complete your purchase.
In order to check your points balance or redeem your points, you must have a TCF account. To activate your account, click the green ‘Rewards’ button at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and select ‘Join Now’. Or, click the ‘Login’ button at the top of the screen and choose ‘Sign Up’. It’s free!
TCF’s rewards program started in May 2021, so any purchases before then would not be reflected in your points balance. For purchases made since our program started, you will receive one point for every dollar spent. You can also receive points for following us on Instagram, submitting reviews, and on your birthday (if you choose to enter your birth date).
Please note that your rewards points are connected to the email address you use to complete your purchase. Every time a new email address is used, a new customer profile is created. If you would like to keep all your points in one place, you will need to use the same email address every time.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, so if you have ordered during a sale you may find you can’t add your code for the reward you have claimed. If you aren’t able to use your code on your order, it will be saved in your rewards profile until the next time you purchase.
