At Thread Count Fabrics we strive to provide excellent customer service. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that fulfillment times will be longer if you have ordered during a sale, due to the larger volume of orders. If you order during a sale, expect fulfillment times to extend to 5-8 business days. Please email us if your order is urgent.
While there is a possible strike with Canada Post we will be shipping with UPS & Purolator.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped expedited parcel via either Canada Post or UPS. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).
-Orders greater than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free!
-Orders less than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95.
All parcels include $100 insurance coverage and tracking. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):
All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs. All fabric orders to the US will ship for the flat rate of $16.95. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of Canada & U.S.A.):
All orders will be shipped using the most economical method at the time.
TCF currently ships only to the countries listed below. All dollar amounts in CAD. Order amounts are after discounts and before taxes.
EUROPE (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, UK, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia)
-Orders up to $100 - $35 flat rate shipping
-Orders $101-$200 - $50 flat rate shipping
-Orders $201+ - $65 flat rate shipping
AUSTRALIA
-Orders under $150 - $30 flat rate shipping
-Orders over $150 - $45 flat rate shipping
LOST PARCELS:
Please note that Thread Count Fabrics does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
