TCF is a Canadian business, international customers may be responsible for duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage/customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not collected by us and are separate from the shipping fee paid to our store. We have no control over what customs authorities assess when a package enters another country.
Regarding the fabric quantity, the item purchased was sold in increments as clearly indicated on our website. All of this information can be found in our FAQ's.
We did offer the option to return the fabric for a refund in accordance with our return policy and even offered to waive the fees.
